(User Agreement)
By joining CSTPH Surich Team, you are allowing the team to register your Surich Accounts under the Team’s Forced Matrix Downline Network. In addition, you automatically agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this membership agreement.
CSTPH may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its members. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate your surich account and leave the team. Your continued participation in the team will constitute your binding acceptance to the changes we made in this agreement.
You agree and acknowledge that you will review this policy on a regular basis and you further agree that upon viewing the site you are deemed to have reviewed and accepted the latest revisions and modifications in this membership agreement.
1: There is no age limit in joining CSTPH Surich Team. You can join the team as long as you can understand and accept these terms and conditions. However, minors are advised to have a consent and supervision from parents or guardians.
2: You hereby agree to use your real name and email address at CSTPH Surich Team and may not assume a false identity. Multiple registrations of the same name and email address is only allowed up to 15 Surich Accounts.
3: You are aware that CSTPH is not the owner of Surich Livelihood Enterpreneurs located in Lamak, Pob. Jose Dalman Zamboanga del Norte. Thus, CSTPH assumes no responsibility in any problems that the company may experience today or in the future.
4: To avoid competition between CSTPH Surich Team members. All team members are not allowed to promote the team for personal gain at CSTPH Official Pages such as CSTPH Facebook Page and Facebook Group.
5: CSTPH will not be held liable if a member fails to make any profit on this program due to member’s inactivity. You hereby understand that this is not a Ponzi Scheme program and not a Get-Rich-Quick program.
6: CSTPH reserves the right to edit, add or revise any portion of this website, including but not limited to earning systems and other processes.
7: CSTPH does not review nor approve any promotion strategies, referral deals and advertisements made by its team members. Thus, we will not be held liable if a CSTPH Surich Team member fails to fulfill their promises, duties and responsibilities to their downlines or to anyone.
8: We only ship products using our Official Couriers “JRS Express” and “LBC Express”. Strictly No Payment, No Claim, No Shipment. Our products are in good condition and well packaged before they are shipped out. We accept no responsibility for any damage during shipping and after delivery. We ship products everyday except on Sundays and Courier Holiday Schedule. Products will be sent to you within 1 to 3 business days from the time you have submitted the Surich Team Claim Order Form. We take no responsibility in any courier related delay in shipments.
9: If in case that a member mistakenly paid more than the amount expected for the product purchased. The excess amount received from the member will be considered as a donation to CSTPH and will fall under CSTPH “No Refund Policy”.
10: CSTPH reserves the right to suspend or revoke your membership from the team at our sole discretion after investigation and conclusion that a fraudulent or deceptive act is occurring or likely to occur.
11: CSTPH reserves the right to suspend or revoke your membership if you directly or indirectly harm Surich Livelihood Enterpreneurs, CSTPH Surich Team, its administrators, moderators, supports and members.
12: You are aware that CSTPH is a group of internet marketers that aims to help online income seekers to earn extra money online. You are knowledgeable that CSTPH admins are only members of Surich Livelihood Enterpreneurs and are not employees of the company. You voluntarily join the team and had chosen us to be a channel of your payment to Surich Livelihood Enterpreneurs.
This is a legal agreement between YOU and CSTPH. By joining CSTPH, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this membership agreement. By accepting this user agreement. You are hereby bound to the rules and guidelines listed above.
