(User Agreement)
By joining Clixsense Team PH or CSTPH, you are allowing the team to transfer your clixsense account under the Team’s Forced Matrix Downline Network. In addition, you automatically agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this membership agreement.
CSTPH may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its members. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate your clixsense account and leave the team. Your continued participation in the team will constitute your binding acceptance to the changes we made in this agreement.
You agree and acknowledge that you will review this policy on a regular basis and you further agree that upon viewing the site you are deemed to have reviewed and accepted the latest revisions and modifications in this membership agreement.
1: You must be atleast 16 years of age or older to join CSTPH. 13-15 years old may be allowed to join the team but with consent and supervision from parents or guardians.
2: You hereby agree to use your real name and email address at clixsense and CSTPH and may not assume a false identity. Multiple registrations of the same name and email address shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts.
3: You are aware that Clixsense Team PH is not the owner of Clixsense Inc. New York, USA. Thus, CSTPH assumes no responsibility in any software or website problems that Clixsense Inc. may experience today or in the future.
4: To avoid competition between CSTPH members. All members are not allowed to promote CSTPH and clixsense for personal gain at CSTPH Official Pages such as CSTPH Facebook Page, Facebook Group and CSTPH Public Forum at Clixsense.
5: CSTPH will not be held liable if a member fails to make any profit on this program due to member’s inactivity and negligence of duties and responsibilities as a team member. You hereby understand that this is not a Ponzi Scheme program and not a Get-Rich-Quick program.
6: CSTPH reserves the right to edit, add or revise any portion of this website, including but not limited to Team Earning Systems and Processes.
7: Changing of sponsor is only allowed if your current sponsor is inactive. “Inactive” means your sponsor is not an active clixsense member. However, you may only be transferred to active members above your current sponsor. In addition, CSTPH reserves the right to approve or reject sponsor change request and also reserves the right to choose your new upline.
8: CSTPH does not review nor approve any promotion strategies, referral deals and advertisements made by its team members. Thus, we will not be held liable if a CSTPH member fails to fulfill their promises, duties and responsibilities to their downlines or to anyone.
9: If ever you have decided to upgrade your clixsense account to Premium via CSTPH payment options, you are aware that the P850.00 you paid to CSTPH is for your clixsense account upgrade fee worth $17.00. The additional small amount charge is for CSTPH payment processor charge and CSTPH website maintenance fee. In line with this, we strictly enforce “No Refund Policy” with no exceptions.
10: If in case that a member mistakenly paid more than the amount expected for the upgrade fee. The excess amount received from the member will be considered as a donation to CSTPH and will also fall under our “No Refund Policy”.
11: CSTPH reserves the right to suspend or revoke your membership from the team at our sole discretion after investigation and conclusion that a fraudulent or deceptive act is occurring or likely to occur.
12: CSTPH reserves the right to suspend or revoke your membership if you directly or indirectly harm Clixsense Inc, Clixsense Team PH, its administrators, moderators, supports and members.
13: All suspended CSTPH Members will have their clixsense account removed from the Team’s 8-Level Forced Matrix Network and will be placed directly under CSTPH main clixsense account leaving them no freedom to choose their new clixsense upline. No Refunds will be given.
14: You are aware that CSTPH is a group of internet marketers that aims to help online income seekers to earn using the internet via clixsense. You are knowledgeable that CSTPH is not legally connected in anyway with Clixsense. You voluntarily join the team and had chosen us to be a channel of payments and income withdrawals to and from Clixsense Inc.
15: You are aware that all Clixsense Team PH members are active clixsense members. In the event that your clixsense account became inactive or your Direct Upline chooses to remove you from their network. CSTPH reserves the right to remove your clixsense account from the Team’s Forced Matrix Network and assign CSTPH main clixsense account as your new sponsor leaving you no freedom to choose your new clixsense upline. If in case you have decided to join the team again, you are still welcome to join the team as a new member.
This is a legal agreement between YOU and CSTPH. By joining CSTPH, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this membership agreement. By accepting this user agreement. You are hereby bound to the rules and guidelines listed above.
