NOTE: If it is your first time to request a Payout/Cashout from Surich. You should edit your Bank Information first before proceeding to request Payout/Cashout.

Step 1: Log-in to your Surich Account
Step 2: Go to “Profile Management”
Step 3: Click “Edit Profile”
Step 4: Fill-up and Update your Profile
Step 5: Fill-up your “Bank Information” correctly


NOTE: If you are using Palawan Express to cashout, you should put the “Name of Receiver” and “Mobile Number” at the space provided. See below.

Step 6: Do not forget to click “Update Profile” button.

NOTE: You can request your “Surich Payout” every Monday on or before 11pm.


Step 1: Log-in to your Surich Account
Step 2: Hover mouse pointer at “Ewallet Management”
Step 3: Click “Request Payout”
Step 4: Click “Send Request”

NOTE: Once the text turns to “GREEN”. It means that you have successfully sent your request for payout.
