Clixsense Premium Membership. Failure to Renew will automatically
remove them from the Team’s Fast Growing Clixsense Affiliate
Program Network and from the Team’s Official Members List!

Two (2) Options to Renew or Extend your
1-Year Clixsense Premium Account

Option 1:
Manually Extend your Premium Membership before the Expiry Date
using your Paypal, Alertpay, Liberty Reserve Account, or your Clixsense Balance.
Just Log-in to your Clixsense Account, Click on Premium Account Menu,
and choose the payment option you prefer to use to Pay/Extend your
Premium Membership.

Option 2:
If you failed to Extend your Clixsense Premium Membership before the
Expiry Date. Your only option is to pay P850.00 or $19.00 using CSTPH
Accepted Payment Options found at the link below. Why? Because we need
to validate if your account is still included at CSTPH Official Members List
before we perform the Premium Upgrade process. After validation, we will
be the one to Upgrade your Clixsense Account to Premium.

After paying P850.00 or $19.00 using Option 2, you should
Fill-up the Team Renewal Form below for us to validate your
Payment and Re-Upgrade your Clixsense Account to Premium.
Note: No Need to Fill-up the form below if you use Option 1.

After Filling-up the form, just sit back and relax.
