Clixsense Team Philippines
(User Agreement)
By allowing Clixsense Team Philippines (CSTPH) to Register or Transfer
your Clixsense Account under the Team. You automatically agree to all
Terms and Conditions set forth in this Membership Agreement.
CSTPH may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this
agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its members.
If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to leave
the team. Your continued participation in the Team will constitute
your binding acceptance to the changes we made in this agreement.
You agree and acknowledge that you will review this policy on a
regular basis and you further agree that upon viewing the site
you are deemed to have reviewed and accepted the latest
revisions/modifications in this Membership Agreement.
1: You must be atleast 16 years of age or older to Join CSTPH.
13-15 years old may be allowed to Join the Team but with consent
and supervision from parents or guardians.
2: You hereby agree to use your Own Name and Email Address at our
Team Registration Sign-up Process and may not assume a false identity.
Multiple Registrations of same name and email address shall be grounds
for immediate termination of all involved accounts.
3: You are aware that Clixsense Team Philippines is not the owner of
Clixsense Inc. New York, USA. Thus, CSTPH assumes no responsibility
in any software or website problems that Clixsense Inc. may experience
today or in the future.
4: Members may earn at Clixsense by (1) Visiting advertisers websites
after they have logged into their Clixsense account. (2) Referring new
members to the Team. (3) Playing at Clixsense ClixGrid (4) Accomplishing
Simple Paid Tasks at Clixsense and (5) Earn percentage commissions from
advertisements viewed and tasks accomplished by their direct downlines.
Members Earnings will be paid using the method of choice as described at
our Team Cashout Page.
5: To avoid competition between CSTPH Members. All Members are
Not Allowed to promote CSTPH for personal gain at CSTPH Official
Promotion Pages such as Official Team Website, CSTPH Facebook Fanpage,
Clixsense Forum, Official Sulit Homepage, Official Sulit Advertisement and
at any Forum or Page moderated by CSTPH Administrators, Moderators
and Supports.
6: CSTPH will not be held liable if a member fails to make any profit
on this program due to member’s inactivity and negligence of duties and
responsibilities as a team member. You hereby understand that this
is not a Ponzi Scheme program and not a Get-Rich-Quick program.
7: CSTPH reserves the right to edit, add or revise any portion
of this website, including but not limited to Team Systems and Processes.
8: Changing of Sponsor is only allowed if your current sponsor is Inactive.
“Inactive” means that the member is not Premium. However, you may only
be transferred to active members above your current sponsor. In addition,
CSTPH reserves the right to approve or reject sponsor change request
and also reserves the right to choose your new upline to avoid abuse
of the system.
9: CSTPH does not review nor approve any Promotion Strategies,
Referral Deals and Advertisements made by its members. Thus, we will
not be held liable if a CSTPH Member fails to fulfill their promises,
duties and responsibilities to their downlines or to anyone.
10: You are aware that the $19.00 (P850.00) you paid to CSTPH is for
Clixsense Upgrade Fee worth $17.00, and the additional $2.00 is for CSTPH
Membership fee, CSTPH payment processor charges, and for your donation
to CSTPH Website Maintenance and Team Promotion. In line with this,
we Strictly enforce No Refund Policy with No Exceptions.
11: If in case that a New Member mistakenly paid more than the amount expected
for our Team Membership Fee. The excess amount received from the New Member
will be considered as Donation to CSTPH and will also fall under our No Refund Policy.
12: CSTPH reserves the right to suspend or revoke your Membership from the
Team at our sole discretion after investigation and conclusion that
a fraudulent or deceptive act is occurring or likely to occur.
13: CSTPH reserves the right to suspend or revoke your Membership if you
directly or indirectly harm Clixsense Inc, Clixsense Team Philippines,
its Administration, Moderators and Supports.
14: All Suspended CSTPH Members will have their Clixsense Account
removed from the Team’s Network and No Refunds will be given.
15: You are aware that CSTPH is a Group of Internet Marketers that aims
to help Online Income Seekers to earn using the Internet via Clixsense.
You are knowledgeable that CSTPH is not legally connected with Clixsense
and you voluntarily join the team and had chosen us to be a channel of
your Payments and Income Withdrawals to and from Clixsense Inc.
16: You are aware that All Clixsense Team Philippines Members are
Clixsense Premium Members. In the event that you failed to Renew
your Clixsense Premium Membership after its Expiry Date.
CSTPH, and only CSTPH, reserves the right to remove your Clixsense
Account from the Team’s Network. However, you are still Welcome to
Join the Team if you had decided to Join us again as a New Member.
This is a Legal Agreement between You and CSTPH.
By Joining CSTPH, You agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions
of this Member Agreement. By Accepting this User Agreement.
You are hereby bound to the Rules and Guidelines listed above.
